Pray for the people of Nigeria
Abba Father, we lift up the entire land and people of Nigeria towards You. Father God, we plead for mercy and grace from Your Throne towards this nation. Mighty God, take absolute control, let Your light shine and cause a shift to happen in this land. Holy Spirit, take back all authority and banish darkness to where it belongs. Enable the people to flourish and grow in You, and not be bound by evil. Release all who are fearful, and hopeless, and renew their strength in the Lord Jesus Christ. Take back Your rightful place as King and Ruler over Nigeria. Amen and amen.

Pray that the people will enjoy the resources of the land
Lord God, may Nigeria experience as season of miracles and breakthrough. May the people prosper and enjoy abundance of food, resources and all godly provision. Abba, may the people not lack any good thing! Bring a wind of favour and perfect peace for every man, woman and child. Help Your people O God, to be fruitful in all their endeavours, bless them indeed, O King of Glory. Let Your name be magnified in this nation, and may all the plans of the enemy be rendered null and void! Amen. Help Your people stand for Christ and let a revival break out. For when the people of Nigeria, turn to You again fully, You will surely fight for them, and all they have to do is hold their peace in Christ. In Your name, Amen.

Pray for the children of Nigeria
Mighty God, we pray for the children of Nigeria. Lord, keep them and cause them to grow strong, and find favour with You and favour with man. Cause them to possess everything they need to grow in You. Bless their parents and families, provide them with faith and finances to grow and be ambassadors for Your kingdom. Teach them by Your Spirit, Your Holy Word and fortify their strength in You. For Your kingdom belongs to them. Let no one despite their youth, use them in a mighty way in these last days. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for the leadership of Nigeria
Lord God Almighty, Great I Am and Ancient of Days, touch the heart of every leader in Nigeria. Lord, like You did for Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus and Pharoah, may all leaders opposed to Your will for this nation be convicted by Your Spirit. For sin is a reproach and at the hands of a selfish leader, the people suffer. Lord speak to all leaders and all in key decision-making positions. Cause them to be born again! Born of Spirit and of water, who will begin to search out Your will, and live according to the spirit and not their flesh. Lord, nothing is impossible with You! You have the final say. Lord, bring the land of Nigeria under submission to You. Raise godly leaders. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
